I was a little surprised to find a reply on a post I just made and then discovered that pinning it was counted as a reply. I found out by unpinning it and re-pinning it and found the reply count was now 2. I found this a bit weird, anyone else? Or explain why it makes sense? m@

You can edit them, and include text, which is functionally quite similar to a reply, and I see it used in close messages on other forums a lot.

Noticed this today on a new site. Before I look into a code change, is there any reason why someone would want or expect these actions to count as replies?
