Does quoting work here on meta? If not then you might want to try another browser - that post by Renato might be a good lead.
If quoting does work here then the issue is likely a plugin or theme component on your site. Please try going to https://yoursite/safe-mode to try accessing your site without plugins or themes and see if it works there. If so, then you need to isolate the problem theme or plugin.
