I would like to allow users to reply to threads in a category. I already edited the category and activated the 2nd checkbox “Reply” under “Security” for “everyone”. The option to reply still won’t show on existing posts in that category?

I see you have subcategories. Have you set it up so users can ‘see/reply’ in subcategories?

Ah thank you! Silly me thought the parent category would be the (only) one that needed adjustment.

No worries. But yeah, the subcategories don’t inherit permissions since like yourself, you may want to change them. Glad its sorted now
