I’m having a little trouble following what you mean? Is this an issue with the https://forums.system-rescue.org/ forum?
I’m afraid we might not be much help addressing this problem if it’s a configuration issue with that particular site, and you may get better results persevering in contacting them. 
Though if you can reproduce the issue on this site too then it may indicate a wider problem that can be looked into.
