How do I ensure globally pinned posts are pinned to the top of the home page view?

opic then it will be unpinned for you, however, you can check if it’s pinned by using a test user or viewing it logged out.

Is there a way to always pin a certain post regardless of the read status? Or is the banner the only recourse?
