No alert is displayed after casting last remaining vote

After casting a vote when you have 1 vote left, the alert ‘You have 1 vote left, see your votes’. is displayed.

After casting your final vote, the alert ‘You have 0 votes left, see your votes’ is not displayed.

Version installed: 3.5.0.beta8-dev (1c7dae8f42)

Agree that it makes sense to alert when it is your last vote. Adding a pr-welcome on this.
