It would be a very nice incentive for people to add a profile picture if they would be granted a first-steps-badge when they do it the first time.

Hi, I am not sure this works, I have 159 users who do not use the default avatar (from data explorer ) and 16 only that got the Autobiographer badge. Shoul’dnt they be 159 with the badge ?
