It sounds like you may want paid support. AFAIK Discourse provides support for its customers; this forum is community support. If you’re seeking to hire someone, perhaps this should be moved to Marketplace? If not, perhaps you should split this up into multiple topics (like 1 query per topic) so it’s easier to answer?
