User can't view topics after logging in, but can in anonymous mode

Okay, I now have reproduction steps.

1. Set user’s website field to http:// - this is by default for many existing users even though you cannot set it to http:// and Save anymore.
2. Log in as the user and you won’t be able to open any topic.
