Split post bookmark actions into a dedicated submenu so topic footer
bookmarks c…an show a clearer hierarchy and keep topic-level actions
separate. This also preserves the topic bookmark button when only post
bookmarks exist and updates the bookmark menu spacing and styling to
match the new interaction.
Minor fix sub menu alignment in chat channel submenu as well.
