I was under the impression that TL3 and above do have the ability to edit topic titles? Or can the setting be turned off for this? Thanks

Apologies, you’re correct. TL3 and above can edit titles. You can change the TL settings if that is the issue. @rlauriston what TL is the user that made the edit?
