Allow users to add/suppress tags on a Topic but not to change the Topic itself nor the Categories

Hi,

Is there a way to allow a group of users or a level of trust to change the tags of a Topic BUT not to edit the title of the Topic itself nor the Categories of the Topic?

Apparently these authorizations are bundled:

Slightly delayed, but I can confirm that those three are bundled together as one permission setting. Though I find with some of these permissions that you can ask your trusted users not to use the abilities as forum guidelines/policy rather than needing to remove them as a tech solution. Generally, this is more the case with the extra features a TL4 has access to, but I think it could apply here too.
