I’ve been seeing a number of errors in the log reporting a 301 error with the GitHub API.
Discourse::GithubApi::Error: GitHub API error (status 301)
I’m not able to set a new github_linkback_access_token due to the 301 errors and can not save the access token in case this is transient. Any attempts to save that value reports said error.

I removed the repos and added back one-by-one and it was a transferred repo that caused the redirect error. You caught it before I could make it back to update the ticket!
