ログにGitHub APIの301エラーが報告される複数のエラーを確認しています。

Discourse::GithubApi::Error: GitHub API error (status 301)

301エラーが発生しているため、新しいgithub_linkback_access_tokenを設定できません。一時的な問題である場合を想定してアクセストークンを保存しようとしても、その値を保存しようとすると上記のエラーが報告されます。
