Mi chiedo la stessa cosa. Anch’io sto cercando di tracciare da dove provengono le iscrizioni e ho bisogno di un URL per impostare gli obiettivi. Altri notano traffico da /users/account-created? Sono interessato anche al suggerimento di Riking qui sotto, ma non capisco la configurazione. Grazie!
