Related topics missing after rereading a topic with more than 20 posts

Exact repro is:

Have zero unread or new topics.
Visit a topic with more than 20 replies from post #1
Scroll to the bottom, no “related topics”.

This indicates there is a bug here:

I meant to catch it, but it is not.

This may be a client side bug where the data lives in the serializer but is not being rendered.
