I was wondering if there is a space where the admins of communities (hosted on discourse) can connect.
Especially the ones who do not have a tech background.
If there is one, please direct me to that.
If not, maybe we can start here.

Our community category is for questions and discussions about all things people/community related rather than any developer or hosting issues, which sounds like it could be the right place for you. 
Do you have any particular questions or issues in mind you’d like to raise? Or please feel free to browse the existing community topics and weigh in on any you find interesting.
