A whole bunch of T's just appeared next to each link

Literally updated a few settings in the admin setting of the site, and all of these T’s started to appear.

I would upload the image but as a new user i’m not allowed to…

So for example it says

all categories (t6) Categories (t8) Latest (t10) New (17) (t12)

Has anyone else had this and no what the cause is/what i should do about it.

Do you have any unofficial plugins installed? If so, disable them.
