About this category topics don't show on Latest even when they should

How come “Latest” doesn’t actually show the latest content?
Going to “Latest” shows this:

But, there’s posts newer than that:

Maybe the “About the … category” posts don’t appear on “Latest”.

Is that right?

I guess I should probably go through them all and lock them then.
