Accessibility - ARIA attributes are not defined for links under "Replies" category

Hi Discourse team,

*Problem:*We’ve encountered an issue where the aria attributes on the Replies column of the forums home page are not defined and therefore do not accurately describe their purpose to a user using a screen reader.

Repro Steps:

  1. Navigate to the forums home page
  2. Turn on Narrator
  3. Tab down to the Replies column

Observed Result:

  • Replies column values are read out as the following: "“Link ##, column 3 of 5 value”

The column I’m referencing:
ForumReplyARIA
