Add an option in the UI to reset new user tips for everyone

any way to override this for all my community? I wanna put them all through the user tips again no matter how long they’ve been on board :slight_smile:

don’t have rails access to my discourse instance… was hoping for a “show new user tips once for all users who’ve never seen them” setting :slight_smile:
