The imagined use case is a forum using discourse-staff-alias. If a user messages the staff alias user, the staff alias allowed groups could be added to the group message to handle messages which might otherwise go ignored.

Is it ”just” another CC-question? I don’t know how easy task such automation would be, but when used staff alias such message isn’t personal anymore and therefore it should do either
- go to someone who forward it to right person
- go to group box
My mindset is far away from dev style because I’m way too pragmatic 
and in this case I’m worrying more that how to prevent double and triple actions when a message comes to inbox of all enthusiast staff members.
Anyway, I would give +1 for this if I had a vote left. What I don’t have.
