How to set add ‘CHF’ as currency option (not in the standard dropdown)?

Here is an example commit of what needs to be done to add another currency option:
Just adding it here to document it, so that we have something to follow for the next currency option we need to add.
I’ll work on adding the CHF currency for you @Isambard.
If someone else would like more currency options added please comment below.

I hope I found the right topic for my post.
Might I be so forward to politely suggest that support is added for the SEK currency for the Discourse Subscriptions plugin? 
SEK is not a widely used currency outside of Sweden, but I for one would greatly appreciate support for the currency (and I imagine other Discourse enthusiasts in Sweden might too).
