Adding text to the box that pops up after you click the Upload Button

  1. Is it possible to edit the text that pops up when you click the upload button?

We would like to include the files sizes (that can be uploaded) in the messaging. Right now it only says which files are supported. I believe this would be located somewhere under [Settings>Customize>Text]. I am just not able to find it via search.

It is possible, in the customize text section if you search for js.upload_selector.local_tip_with_attachments it should show you the text to edit.
