Admin Emoji Selector "Fluent" Does not Update Sidebar Emojis or Emojis in Topic Titles

Is this a bug?

Emojis show properly in posts, expected behavior:

And in Admin UI, expected behavior:

But they do not show on sidebar and category titles:, unexpected behavior

This issue is not related to my theme, as shown by the default theme below:

Is this a bug or is there no support for this feature yet? Mabye a workaround

No, it isn’t a bug. There is a big chance it comes from a component, like Category Badge Styles. So, re-check your settings and components.
