Admin to receive notifications every time a user posts

I’d like to be notified every time a user (all users from all levels, even staff) posts or replies on the forum. How can I set that up?

In your profile preferences in the tracking tab you can select to watch all your categories then

You will automatically watch all topics in these categories. You will be notified of all new posts and topics, and a count of new posts will also appear next to the topic.
