Как видно (надеюсь), опция поиска «Категории» в расширенном поиске ограничена только теми категориями, в которых вам разрешено публиковать. Я полагаю, что вы должны иметь возможность искать в тех категориях, которые вам разрешено _просматривать".

@j.jaffeux can you have a look at this, we allow categories to be “read only” by setting it in the security tab.

I think this particular page should ship the list of “allowed read” categories and then use it to populate the dropdown.

I didn’t follow exactly what you said, I think the solution is enough, but I have a limited knowledge of all the category permissions flow. From my tests it seems to work as intended, please let me know if you think I forgot a case.
