After configuring Brevo's SMTP, I cannot receive emails

Here is the smtp infor,can anyone tell what’s wrong of the cofing?

Looks like may be problem with these.

The notification email should be something like noreply@your.domain

You do not have permission to send email from smtp-brevo.com.
