I am using the Amazon login plugin only. Which means local logins are disabled.
Just on the absolute off chance let’s say for example Amazon blocked us from using the login service from there side. Would my clients still be able to login to the forum (using local login)? Or would they be blocked out of discourse.
If that happened, you could turn local logins back on, and users would be able to use the “Forgot Password” form to generate a password for their accounts.
Or alternatively you could enable some other form of external login (e.g. Google, Twitter, etc.), and users would be matched up via their email address.
