The global flag list has a “Flagged By” field, but I’m not seeing a way to filter by that. Is there any way for me to view a list of past flags a given user has submitted?

There is not, but it is a great idea. In fact I think one of our big customers wants this very feature.

实际上，按“用户”过滤会显示被标记的用户的内容的可审查项。OP 正在寻找一个不存在的“由…标记”过滤器。我认为我们应该添加它！

我认为，如果 Discourse 后端提供一些查询参数，即使没有前端支持，也会是一个很好的解决方法。我注意到 /review 提供了 additional_filters，但我不知道这是否能完成任务，或者如何完成。
