Auto add a tag to topics set for post-voting to give more flexibility in navigation and accuracy in searches

I asked in the post-voting component thread whether the component differentiated itself from normal threads by adding a tag, like ‘voting’ to its thread.

It doesn’t but posting it here as a suggested feature was recommended.

If not included in the plugin, I think it should be doable with a theme-component.
