I have come to know that system is automatically deleting user which i can check from the logs. Can anyone help me to stop this?

I searched in settings and found these two which seem relevant. Have the values been changed?
clean up inactive users after days
purge unactivated users grace period days

I think that particular message is for the purge unactivated users grace period days one.
It’s ostensibly for deleting accounts that have signed up but never ‘activated’(/verified their email), though if you manual deactivate some accounts it can have a side effect of cleaning those up too if the user had never posted.
