I just noticed that it’s not quite possible to pin topics globally anymore. I mean the option is there, but it a bit disabled:
As a workaround, after I selected the date, i removed disabled attribute via dev tools, but i think it’s not the best way of doing this, no? 
Edit: i encounter this problem on two instances, one with a bunch of plugins, the other one vanilla. On both instances I’m up to date.
