I have the impression that the bug reporter badge is no longer granted to users who already received it before.
At first, I thought it was broken in general, but the badge is still granted to some users bug reporter badge.
But users who received it before didn’t get it recently. For example, the last time Richard received the badge was in August, but I think he should have received one for PG13 compatibility issue 🔥
