Bulk change user settings

I’m sure this has been covered someplace, but I could not find it. How can I bulk change user settings?

Most of my members are in mailing list mode. I wished I had made the default setting for “Include previous replies at the bottom of emails”

Is there a way that I can change this for everyone?
