Can I add new fields to a topic?

I would like to have two extra fields that are available to fill out when a topic i started.
Namely GeoIP Nation (it would be filled out by the system but the user would be allowed to override and language it is written in that the user just fills out.

I can do most of this with tags but I would like to users to always have to add two tags then.

Take a look at Topic Templates. I’m not sure if it can auto-insert GeoIP and Nation values, but the answer seems to be

You might be able to make a custom bot auto-reply them. I don’t know.
