Can I use content from Discourse's blog on my site?

I have a question for the discourse employees, we want to showcase the following content in the link ( https://blog.discourse.org/2018/06/understanding-discourse-trust-levels/ ) in our guidelines. Can we take some content from here?

The content on our blog is CC BY-NC-SA which allows sharing, copying, remixing and building upon it, as far as you do not use it commercially, it is duly attributed and whatever you create is also shared-alike with the same license. See Creative Commons — Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International — CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 for details on the license.
