Can we ask general questions about the software in #support

I have some questions about the software, but support seems to be more of actual help inquiries, whereas mine are not really me asking for help on anything, just questions about the software.

I also have it understood that site feedback is “Discourse meta meta”, so if I understood it wrong please let me know.
