Can’t filter and insert General Catelogy to Navigation Sidebar
How can we insert this category in sidebar Categories Navigation ?
Shouldn’t your category name and slug be written in Vietnamese? Are you talking about the Uncategorized category?

Hey, it works fine on my forum. Maybe it’s just a small mistake on your side. Can you let me know what the dialogue box is saying, or if you can send a screenshot of the whole box? Also, I guess it might be due to the language.
Instead try Unclassified, and it might work.
Are you able to search and add other categories?
Can you try changing the name from Uncategorized to General and then it may work, you always change the name after pinning.
You can’t add “Uncategorized” in the sidebar on meta either.
I think it’s intentional or an oversight (is Uncategorized a category? 
).
Maybe suggest in Feature sidebar to make it possible to add “Uncategorized” in the sidebar.
Just to be sure we’re talking about the same thing. We’re talking about “Uncategorized”, not the “General” category present by default on Discourse installations, right?

That’s Exactly the Uncategorized Category.
Do you have ‘allow uncategorized topics’ enabled? It is not enabled on Meta.
I’ve enabled uncategorized topics on my forum but can’t add it in the sidebar 
I can add Uncategorized through the default navigation menu categories site setting but I can’t add or remove it directly from the sidebar, even as an admin.
However, I can add and remove it as a user by doing a manual PUT request to /u/myusername.json with sidebar_category_ids[]: 1 in the payload.
