In my forum (this one in German, about EVs), I’ve not configured fixed category positions, so I expect them to be ordered by activity.
Now looking at the front page:
I see no recent activity for the “Community” category, but still it is the topmost category.
My question:
Am I misunderstanding this feature, or are there any other reasons that the “Community” category is topmost? (e.g. caching)

@maja can you check that “order by activity” works when using the “Category & Latest topics” layout?
