Chinese text on English site

This only happens when I have not login. To view this you have to logout. This has been happening across many discourse forums.

Thanks for the reminder. I have an unfinished fix for a similar issue (trust level site setting) lying around. I’m going to add this to my list.

Oops! On another discourse fourm Google translate thinks it is Chinese.
