Hello all!
Our Community is trying to gauge how many customers service calls are avoided by neighbors finding their answer in our community. I was thinking of doing a pop up or add on to solutions like the below. Do any of you currently do this in your Communities?
Option 1: Feedback pop up that says “Did you find the answer you were looking for?”
Option 2: Add a button to marked solutions like the one below so people can click if it was a helpful answer.
