Rupee symbol ₹ is showing up well in discourse here. But on my website it shows like below. Any solution please?

I Font Bug

PT sans font displaying Russian Ruble symbol (₽) instead of Rupee symbol(₹) in a…lmost all latest browsers like chrome / Firefox / Edge in window 10. I could find an old similar bug - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1192818.
