I have upload a custom emoji and it is working perfectly in all the places except moderation review page. Can I know what can be done to make it stable across the forum. (:kpvy: is the emoji we named)

I just tested this and found that the same thing happens with regular (non-custom) emojis. I am not familiar with the expected behavior of the review queue here. @eviltrout these emojis should be rendered, correct?
Yes, emoji should definitely be rendered on queued posts.

Maybe related: Emojis aren’t rendered on the topic link above the composer as well (just tested here on meta).
