Data Explorer download buttons not working

Currently running Discourse 3.5.0.beta1-dev (cbe9a9f33b).

Using the Data Explorer and clicking the Export button now results in a download of a json formatted file instead of a csv file, is this a recent change? :thinking:

Clicking either the JSON or the CSV buttons below the Run button result in a new browser tab opening for a split second then disappearing.

No download works on either button:
