Default Category "About Topic"

Is there a way to hide the “About Topic” that’s created when you create a new category? If not, is there a way to bulk edit all the "About Topics:?

Could you not just unlist it?

Just go to the topic admin wrench. On desktop it is on the right or at the bottom of a topic. On mobile it is at the bottom. Press ‘make unlisted’
