- On the most recent post, click Delete → Delete & Block User
- On another post, click Delete → Delete & Block User
Error (understandably): “The requested URL or resource could not be found.”

Seems legit, putting a #pr-welcome on this.
We do have message bus wired to the moderation dialog, but I am guessing we are just not raising the proper event from the server side to update this life.
At a minimum a PR to improve the error message to:
“User is already deleted and blocked”
May be enough here.
