Title: Dialog box which appears after activating the ‘9 links’ control present at post number 1 is not accessible through keyboard, i.e., focus is not moving inside the dialog box.

Windows Test Environment:
OS: Windows 11 Enterprise Insider Preview Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.3775)
Browser Microsoft Edge Version 135.0.3179.85 (Official build) (64-bit)
URL: 3.8 Tier List by Infil - General Discussion - Killer Instinct Forums

User Impact:
Keyboard dependent users will be impacted if dialog box which appears after activating the ‘9 links’ control present at post number 1 is not accessible through keyboard due to which users will not get the information of the controls present inside the dialog box.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the given URL: 3.8 Tier List by Infil - General Discussion - Killer Instinct Forums in latest edge browser.
  2. Press tab key to reach ‘9 links’ control present at post number 1 and press Enter key to activate it.
  3. Press tab key to navigate through the dialog which appears on screen.
  4. Verify using tab key whether dialog box which appears after activating the ‘9 links’ control present at post number 1 is accessible through keyboard or not.

Actual Result:
Dialog box which appears after activating the ‘9 links’ control present at post number 1 is not accessible through keyboard, i.e., focus is not moving inside the dialog box. keyboard stays on ‘9links’ control.

Expected Result:
Dialog box which appears after activating the ‘9 links’ control present at post number 1 should be accessible through keyboard, i.e., focus should move inside the dialog box and screen reader should properly announce the information present inside the dialog box.

Other instance:

  1. Same issue replicate as dialog box which appears after activating the ‘32.7k views’ control is not accessible through keyboard.
