Is it possible to disable private messages between members but only enable it between one admin and one member?
I would like to use Discourse for the customer support of my company.

Yes, turn off private messaging in the site settings. Admins will still be able to PM.

What happened to the feature request for categories designed for tech support (where only the poster and the category moderators could see the topics)?
