Discobot 'greetings' tutorial tour not running since upgrading

since upgrading to latest 3.6.0.beta3-latest.

Is there anything I’m missing or is this an actual bug?
The advance tutorial for promoted users DOES WORK.

What do you mean by “not running”? Is it about Discobot not sending an automated message to users, or does Discobot not respond to a personal message in which you say @discobot start tutorial?

Actually I just found a topic that I think you were commenting on with a setting being enabled by default that stopped it from sending! (back in October) - once I disabled it, it works again!
